How This Works.

Our services are made up of two different processes. 

• Email Hosting
• WordPress Site Hosting

Each piece has two very different roles.  1st item when you sign up is the account creation.  This happens on a DirectAdmin server that hosts your email and DNS.  The 2nd part is the creation of your WordPress panel. This is not automated, and manually created by our staff.  The reason is we use highly customized servers that only hosts your websites, because of this, web hosting is not an instant setup.  We manually setup all hosting packages. When you signup you will receive a welcome letter with instructions on how to proceed.  As we offer free migration we will be happy to help, in your transition to Phox Web Hosting. 

Our email servers are dedicated to email, and are powered by DirectAdmin to make the email creations or migrations easy.  While this is happening we will create your site on our powerful servers, then send you login credentials.  If you wish assistance in the migration process we will need you to create a admin user for us to login and then pull your backups. Once this is created we can start the migration process.  If you do not wish to provide access, this is not a problem, we will be happy to also and included is sFTP access, we will provide all these logins to you regardless and let you upload your site if you wish to.
